what i can contribute in the coming 21st december 2012?
being here in HBP means that i can be a difference. like we seen in the movie, 2012, we wont be able to see any land for 40 days and nights. we need ships. we never know whether is this gonna happen too? its better to be prepare than doing nothing...
As a QS, i can help in the construction of the IBU. we need something cheap but good quality. this is where a QS play his/her part. In the movie, only those with 2 billion then they can aboard the ship. its all because they designed the ship way to expensive. we can cut the cost and let the poor to have a second chance to live. everyone deserve to live. not only the rich.
second, i can lead the people inside IBU. Organization is important in the panic state. everyone is panic at that time for sure. with a good leadership, we can manage everyone and convince them, we can survive.
dividing them to groups and giving them specific task can help to calm down the situation. everyone has their own ability. some are good in communication, some good in cooking. all these people when work together will come out as a strong team. we can survive for sure.
as a leader, i myself must remain calm and decide fast. whatever problems come out, a leader must be able to make his/her decision fast. never lose hope cause it will kill the people who's life is in your hand...
